On behalf of Nilex, I am sending this letter to advise you we are very pleased with the work you did for us in producing 30 new company banners and two new corporate display booths.

We realize that our requests presented many challenges for your group, but the service on behalf of all your employees was second to none. We were very impressed with Cameron in your production department and how he was able to technically enhance our artwork to make it successful for the banners.

Additionally, I found you and your staff a pleasure to deal with and always felt a high level of confidence in your ability to meet our deadlines. Through the entire process, we found it very helpful that you were always in touch with us and updated us on every phase of production.

All details of the job were handled in a very professional and meticulous manner, right down to the shipping. When we received our pallet of banners, every banner was well packaged and labeled so that we could immediately sort the products and send them to our regional offices.
